1. Is your payment online secure and what type of payments do you accept?

Yes, we ensure high confidentiality with every personal and bank detail that you provide as you make a payment with PatootiePets. If you choose to use PayPal from the available payment options, you will be redirected to PayPal and asked to login using your registered PayPal account. PayPal is used by millions of online shoppers worldwide and one of the most trusted and secured method of payment offered by most online stores. If you do not have a PayPal account and prefer offline payments, you can remit your payment through any of the following money remittance centers:

  • Palawan Express 
  • LBC
  • Or, you can also deposit your payment via Banco de Oro (BDO) or Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).

 We will be providing more payment options in the future e.g. credit card, cash on delivery (C.O.D)

 

2. How long is the delivery period?

Our deliveries normally take 2 to 3 days up to 1 week. Although we can’t control our couriers’ external factors, we always do our best to make shipments on time and as flexible as possible for our customers. For more info about our delivery policy, visit our shipping & returns section.

 

3. How should I know if the clothes fit my dog’s size?

We provide product descriptions including sizes and dimensions but in order to match it with your dog, it will be good if you check its measurement before buying. The best way is to use a tailor’s tape and if there’s none, use a belt or a collar and take a straight ruler to see the measurement after. Here’s a guide in measuring:

 

These numbers are all approximate measurements. If your measurement comes too close or a few centimers above maximum size (neck, height, and length) we recommended you pick the next Size available. 

 

4. How can I be assured of the quality of your products?

We completely understand the doubts that online shoppers usually have when it comes to quality. Because of this, we only partner with reputable and reliable vendors/sellers who were carefully evaluated and approved. Be assured that we only provide quality products and always aim for our customer’s satisfaction. 

On the other hand, should any of our products fall short of your expectation due to any factory defects or for any other reason, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than willing to help you with it.

 

5. Do you also ship to places in Visayas and Mindanao?

Definitely yes. We ship our products to any place within the Philippines, only except to very remote places that our couriers can no longer reach.

 

6. Do you do meet-ups with the customers for the purchased products?

For the reason that we want our services standardized, we don’t do meet-ups. But, be assured that our shipments are fast and reliable.
